Spanish, Portuguese, English. PHP, HTML, CSS

Where were you born?

Buenos Aires, Argentina

What was your first experience with the internet? What year was that?

Must have been around 1995 with another nerdy friend who had access to UBA’s network (Universidad de Buenos Aires). At that point in time, home installations were not available yet. We were looking for some information related to hardware infrastructure I needed to set up at work. We didn’t find anything, but got in contact with a professor who helped a lot in getting it done.

Who you are? What are a few key points that make you, you?

Would prefer other people to talk about me, but I could say that I’m a straightforward person who likes to communicate ideas clearly and appreciates truthfulness.
Space and physics enthusiast, fond of (and in love with) my 2 daughters. I also love to play sports (virtually and in real life).

Where in the world do you like to work?

At home or in any travel destination that allows it (with a decent Internet connection). Outdoors with a pretty view helps getting the battery recharged.

What led you to work at Saucal?

A friend of mine worked there and told me about the culture, environment and people. My first impression when I got here was that this was NASA (regarding WordPress, Woo, processes, velocity of change, adaptability). Now that I spent some more time here, I know my first impression and my friend’s comments were absolutely right.

What is your favourite activity outside of work?

Quality family time, any space related activity or information acquisition (cosmology, astrophysics, quantum mechanics, particle physics), music, gardening, watching and playing soccer and sports in general.

What is your favourite food/beverage?

Water, beer with friends, glass of wine with my wife.

Favourite quote or song lyrics they live by (or) that best reps you?

Oh so many! But will choose Magia, by Gustavo Cerati in Spanish and Freelove by Depeche Mode in English.

Most interesting story or factoid about you?

My location chip is not working properly. Although I love travelling and visiting new cities and places, I am terrible at locating myself. As soon as I turn around the corner I will get lost, especially if I'm driving. Biggest GPS fan ever!
