What was your first experience with the internet? What year was that?
It was 1995. I read that a museum in my city was going to allow its visitors to use the Internet. I was very connected to BBS and the idea of going online was very exciting. I remember traveling for more than an hour with a list of Internet addresses. The only website I remember visiting there was NASA's. I was shocked by the amount of visual information I saw. Besides that, I remember three things: excessive use of animated GIF, bevel and emboss.
Who you are? What are a few key points that make you, you?
I like to solve problems. I love to learn every time, not only new things but to improve either. I’m always looking to do something. Something new, a new challenge. A bit shy at first, with a great sense of humor.

I just need three things: Water, sunlight and Internet. At home or in a coffee store, it has to be a cozy place with good light.

I wanted a remote job that allows me to share and expand my knowledge. I wanted to be part of a team of rockstar-coders.
What is your favourite activity outside of work?
Spending time with my family. I like making things with wood, I have a lot of fun doing that. I’ve made some small and simple furniture, then some toys for my daughter when she was about a year old; and now I’m working on a lightbox for her too. One thing I also enjoy but not doing lately is biking.

Spaghetti with shrimps in tomato cream sauce or Asado. My favorite beverage is Cuba Libre without lemon, neither shaken nor stirred.
Favourite quote or song lyrics they live by (or) that best reps you?
It's in Spanish. "Quedándote o Yéndote" by Luis Alberto Spinetta. It has some tips on how to live better. It talks about how good it is to create, to love, and to grow.
Most interesting story or factoid about you?
As a kid, I used to get my father's camera and make homemade movies with my friends. I thought that I wanted to be a film director. I’ve studied Audiovisual Design. In the meanwhile, a friend of mine showed me how he downloaded Yahoo's main page and edited it with the Notepad. That blew my mind. That day I started learning HTML, and never stopped doing it. Then a friend I’d met at a BBS years before told me to get into CakePHP and WordPress. It was really good advice about my professional life.
