Where were you born?

Humble, Texas

What was your first experience with the internet? What year was that?

In 1999 I was peer pressured into setting up my first email while traveling around Australia so I could stay in touch with new friends I met on the road.

Who you are? What are a few key points that make you, you?

I am a Happy Husband, Expecting Father, and a Voyager dedicated to rediscovering every inch of this great planet. I am always envisioning my next adventure.

Where in the world do you like to work?

I love working in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria near La Playa Las Canteras.

What led you to work at Saucal?

I was happily working in Real Estate Tech as a consultant for RE Teams and Brokerages, RE Tech Companies and Private Equity Groups when Mitchell got in touch with me through an online recruiting platform. Having worked in E-commerce before and witnessing RE Tech's attempts to make buying a home online as easy as streaming a movie on Netflix, I recognized that SAU/CAL was a company destined for greatness and I wanted to be a part of that journey. What really sealed the deal for me though is just how easy it is to work with the team and how I could see myself being friends with the whole crew. We spend a lot of our lives working and I strive to spend time around positive people that really care about what they do and the impact they have on others. Working with SAU/CAL has been the easiest professional decision of my career.

What is your favourite activity outside of work?

I love planning and going on surf trips in Europe. Hit me up if you want to paddle out!

What is your favourite food/beverage?

Waiter, I'll have a Double Cheeseburger with everything, extra French Fries and a Vanilla Coke.

Favourite quote or song lyrics they live by (or) that best reps you?

Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back.
The Road Not Taken - Robert Frost

Most interesting story or factoid about you?

After being fed up with being a lousy dance partner, I decided to take Kizomba Lessons at a school near my home in Austin, Texas. Soon I was hooked and began following many different dancers on Instagram. One day I saw this choreography performed by a stunning woman in Moscow. Overtaken with her beauty, I sent her a DM telling her how she inspired me to dance well enough to be her partner. She wrote me back about 20 seconds later :) Long story short, we got married the day after Valentine's Day 2019.
